Acrylic

Clear and Colored Acrylic Sheets come in a wide variety of colors and thickness. Colored acrylic is ideal for indoor and outdoor signs. Whether you choose transparent, translucent, or opaque colors, there is no limit to what you can do with this versatile product. It is lightweight, half the weight of glass, and it is virtually unaffected by nature. Acrylics transparency, gloss and dimensional shape are virtually unaffected by years of exposure to the elements, salt spray or corrosive atmospheres. These materials withstand exposure to light from fluorescent lamps without darkening or deteriorating. They ultimately discolor, however, when exposed to high-intensity UV ligh below 265 nm. It can take temperatures from -40 deg F to 180 deg F (intermittent to 200 deg F).

Polycarbonate Lexan

A high impact material with excellent properties that enable this material to be used where many others have failed. It is virtually unbreakable, making its products extremely safe in areas where parts may be exposed to high impact. It is UL listed for Burglar Resistance and it complies with ANSI (Z97.1) for transparent safety glazing in buildings. May be used in continuous service applications with temperatures ranging from -40 deg F to 240 deg F. Polycarbonate is UV stabilized giving it effective resistance to sun exposure. It has performed well in outdoor applications for 5-7 years.

Available in clear, white, bronze, gray, and black.

Ultra Mount Board

The show-stopper of mounting boards. It performs with all the surface quality and rigidity of higher priced foam boards, and is available in a variety of plain and adhesive surfaces. Original Ultra Mount is a favorite for framed art and photos and is often used for in-store decor and exhibits. It is a heavy-duty board with 18-pt poly-coated paper liners perfect for laminating, dry mounting, cold mounting, screen printing, paints or vinyl. Ultra Mount panels are lightweight but durable and will not warp or bow like other foam boards. The coated surface lets you reposition a print or vinyl lay-up without damaging the paper liner.

Ultra Mount also comes in Peel N' Stick and Heat N' Stick versions for convenience and simplicity. Ultra Mount Peel N' Stick comes coated on one side with high tack pressure sensitive adhesive and Ultra Mount Heat N' Stick comes coated on one side with heat activated adhesive. These are ideal for mounting a variety of materials including computer-generated digital graphics, photographic papers, prints, artwork, posters, drawings, charts, and virtually any type of paper or plastic. Original Ultra Mount comes in white or black in thicknesses from 3/16" to 1" in 48" x 96" sheets. Custom-cut and custom-run sizes are also available. Ultra Mount Peel N’ Stick and Ultra Mount Heat N’ Stick are available in a 3/16" thickness in 10 pre-cut sizes from 8" x 10" to 48" x 96".

Ultra Aluminum Board

The prestige choice for optimum visual effect and luxury-look interior and exterior signage. A rigid extruded polystyrene core faced on one side with an anodized aluminum with a protective release liner and a high impact polystyrene on the other side. 48" x 96". Perfect for signage, exhibits, mounting and displays

PVC Foam Board

Lightweight with high structural strength and superior workability. Perfect for signage and display applications. Readily accepts screen printing, painting and photo mounting. Easy to shape, cut, glue, screw and nail.

We adhesive coat Sintra (PVC) for mounting. Sintra is a lightweight plastic board and is homogeneous with color and cell density evenly distributed. We stock both black and white Sintra 1/8" (3mm) and 1/4" (6mm) thick. Other sizes and colors are available.

Gator Foam Board

A premium board. Made with a wood based surface, Gator foam is extremely rigid, weight bearing and very flat. Gator foam board is the choice for projects where the board is going to be handled repeatedly (i.e. tradeshows) or transported. Gator foam board can be cut with many knife systems and can be fabricated with wood working tools. Available in white, tan and black.

Mylar®

Bi-axially oriented polyester films (plastic sheeting) which are available in a variety of finishes and gauges.
